Delivery Policy – Nova & Co Skin

At Nova & Co Skin, we aim to ensure every order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Please read below to understand how our delivery process works.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (major cities and towns).

  • Outlying or rural areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above R800 within South Africa.

  • Flat Rate: A standard fee of R99 applies to orders below R800.

  • Express delivery may be available at an additional cost (subject to your location).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at support@novacoskin.co.za.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will make another attempt or contact you directly.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at thenovacoskin@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the parcel, and a description of the issue.
    We’ll investigate immediately and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping

Currently, Nova & Co Skin only delivers within South Africa.
International delivery options will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates.
